The Oregon Country Fair was more magical than I remembered. The star of the show was the beautiful land it is held on … I fell in love with the trees and the dappled sunlight. I can’t believe I ran into my friend and ceramics teacher Margaret and was able to revisit artisans I met years ago.
Because of Covid the Fair organizers decided to limit the attendance to 1/3rd the usual numbers. Even with the lower numbers it felt intense and chaotic, I can’t say I would like to attend it at full capacity. I consider myself fortunate to experience it this way.
