So I Got Rid of Some Crap

Yes, I’ve been on a giant blogging hiatus. What can I say? It’s easy to to not write.

But I like writing and I have some good shit to write about.

For instance, I threw my big fundraiser and it 1) did not end in Total Financial Ruin, 2) was not a Humiliating, Sad Party where no one danced and looked bored, 3) involved Awkward Naked Hugging and 4) Dry Skinny Dipping – it’s a thing.

But I have to ease into this blagging thing since it’s been weeks so I’ll leave you with an old school post.

It’s time to cut the crap.

  1. Whew! I thought you repurchased some of the crap you already got rid of! I was on the phone to find someone to give you an intervention! And ‘ell Viv, after the pornographic playgrounds I’da been mighty disappointed if the school fund raiser hadn’t included awkward naked hugging and dry skinny dipping! 😉 Glad your having fun!

    • Hi Cao! I didn’t repurchase anything (shudder) but dang it, there’s always more to get rid of.

I’ll have more details later, I’m still busy cleaning my plate. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Weirdly, I had a dream about you last night! I was stuck in Boulder for some reason, and you offered me your rental room. Fun “facts”: 1) apparently my dream subconscious thinks that all of your interestingly nicknamed friends live with you and they are all beautiful. 2) You have designed for all of them long white terry cloth robes that have trains and mermaid tails. While this seems impractical, it was fabulous for lounging on a couch with a cup of tea. People would just tuck the ends up like a blanket. 3) My brain also thinks you have a 24 hour tea shop on the premises, where one can get food at anytime, so the fact I showed up at some weird hour wasn’t a problem. 4) The part I think you like the best? In my dream you had dozens of cats! (I was not allergic to any of them either, which is the seriously odd part.) 🙂

    • Oh my god! I made your dreamscape? THAT’S INCREDIBLE! That said, you will probably have to come visit and while I can’t promise mermaid robes, tea and good food is always available. No, my friends don’t all live with me but they stop by all the time. You never know what will happen. Thanks for making my day!
