Now that I’ve progressed to Level 4 Pole Skills at Boulder Spirals, the tricks are getting harder, which usually translates to “more upside down.” The handstand to sit-up scares the crap out of me so I decided to drill it until it became easy. Today was my day although my son was less than impressed. He was all, “Was that it.” Meh. Regardless, I got my son to video it for posteriority. Now I need to add ten crunches in before I come up.
